Objective
Yatra aimed to enhance its freight management system by upgrading the UI/UX and transitioning from Angular to Next.js for better web performance. Additionally, a Flutter-based mobile app for Android and iOS was developed to allow agents to efficiently update shipment statuses, upload airway bills, and access detailed cargo information.
